1. Use of the website

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

2. Orders & pricing

Product descriptions, prices and plans shown on our site are for information and may change. An order is confirmed only once we accept it. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are added as per the quote provided to you.

3. Subscriptions & the platform

Some features depend on an active subscription to our cloud platform. Subscription fees, billing cycles and what's included are set out in your plan. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Warranty & replacements

Hardware is covered by the warranty stated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal battery wear beyond stated limits. Replacement of eligible units is handled as described in your purchase terms.

5. Acceptable use of content

You are responsible for the prices, text and images you publish to your displays. You must not display unlawful, misleading or infringing content, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you upload.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, software, designs and content on this site belong to Pixora INKE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pixora INKE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
