How do I set up a new display?

Charge the display, open the Pixora INKE app, and add the device by scanning its code. The app walks you through naming it and pushing your first design in a few minutes.

How long does the battery last?

Because e-paper only draws power when the image changes, a single charge typically lasts months under normal use. The app shows the battery level for every device.

A display isn't updating. What should I check?

Confirm the device shows as online in the app, has battery, and is within range of its gateway or network. If it still won't refresh, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

How do I get a replacement?

Reach out by WhatsApp, phone or email with your device details. In-warranty units are replaced as per our terms, and we'll arrange the swap quickly.
